• If you are unable to attend a coaching session, you may reschedule within one day of the original session date. Refunds are not available for missed or completed sessions.
• Coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.
• All digital downloads and coaching services are for personal use only and must not be redistributed, sold, or modified for commercial purposes without explicit permission from Jibal AlHadhar.
• Coaching services are not a replacement for professional legal , financial, medical or mental advice. 
• Downloadable Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered. If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or a replacement.
• Coaching Sessions: Payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, payments will be forfeited. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. We encourage clients to communicate their goals and concerns during the session to ensure a valuable experience.
• Masterclasses: Masterclasses are live-only events, and no recordings will be provided. All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued for any reason, including non-attendance.
